I have trouble with compiler selection. At this moment i'm using cocoon.io but I don't know is that the best option for performance. I thought about Intel XDK or Phonegap. Does anyone have any suggestions and can comment on this issue?

The actual performance construct 2/3 on smartphones is annoying.

IntelXDK is discontinued. I suggest you use the official build system in C3 made and supported by Scirra.

Yes, as long as you have a C3 license.
