I want to ask you something:
- I have a "Magic" bar of 238 Width
- When I press the Right Mouse button the? magic bar goes to 0 Width
Question: After it goes to 0, I want the bar to HOLD for 5 seconds and after that start to grow her width 10% every second BUT blocking player to click right mouse button again UNTIL the bar recharges to 100%?

I am trying it for 1 hour but cant figure it out!
