install_failed_insufficient_storage

When i try to install my apk to my real android device with cmd, it shows up error install_failed_insufficient_storage.

I tried to fint a solution, there was something with the manifest, but how do I acces the manifest in construct 2?

Or is there a better way to install apps than cmd?

How are you creating the APK? Cocoon, Crosswalk, phonegap?

I usually just put it in my dropbox and access my dropbox from my device and install it that way.
