Is it possible to test C2 games on devices without the C2 license? I have an android device and an iOS device and I'd like to test my creations on them before I make the purchase.

Also how does testing work for iOS? Will I need a mac? (I do have a mac computer, its just very slow. I also have a paid iOS developers license)

with the free version you test in the browser on the devices. Check the preview over lan tutorial... you cannot export to the device exporters with the free version.
