How do I submit company form on Steam after greenlight

We just got greenlit, but we have to submit a Company Form.

Steam writes this:

Company form must fit with your device's constitutional documents.

Steam gives these examples to write in that field:

"A Quebec limited liability partnership" or "A Washington State corporation"

or "A Sole Proprietorship". If you own content as an individual, please enter "Sole Proprietorship".

"Note: We are unable-to-work with partnerships att exists outside the US, according att partnership is taxed at the individual partner (s) versus the partnership level."

We are based in Denmark, and owns a IVS company. (not a sole person)

Any ideas what we should insert in this field?

This seems pretty complicated to understand. o.O

"A Copenhagen IVS company"

Would this do it?

Since they (probably) don't have any clue what an IVS is.. how about "Denmark/danish IVS (private limited company)"?
