Sprite Moving Down During Gameplay

Is there a way I can set a sprite to move down say 5 pixels at a time every X Seconds?

you can move some pixel from this option (red circled):

and you can change secend when you click on the frame then you see speed in left side:

You could use the system event "every x seconds" and change the Y of the spite by

 Set y = self.y - 5
