How to make splitscreen?

Hi!

I am Eivind from Norway. I am currently working on a drilling/mining game with my brother. The game is going to be in multiplayer, so we have to come up with a system to du so. We think to make split scrren so the game can focus on two different characters instead of one. Is this possible? And if it is, how do we fix it?

The simplest way I can think of is to use the canvas plugin:

I tried to download the project, but I did not have the newest version (stupid me...). <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" />   When i downloaded the newest version, i hitted a problem... I need to download somthing called "Canvas". Where can i find the newest version, and how do I install it? <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
