defined places - add marker

realtime position add marker at geolocation..

In this plugin, the only way to remove markers is to remove them all, so before updating the marker of the realtime position, remove all markers and repeat the creation of all defined places and the realtime position..

mhhh sounds a little bit complex... but i need to try this with google maps
