How do I send the app to background?

Hi,

Maybe this is a very basic question but I've been looking for the answer and I dont find a way to do it.

How can I send the app to background when I click in a sprite?

I´m using the: browser -> close; but this exit the app, so I need to do it like: on clicked object -> go to background;

The app needs to exit like when we click the phone home button.

Although it's probably possible in some way, as far as I know apps created with Construct2 don't run in the background, so I wonder what use it would be..

I need to trigger an event: "on local notification arrived -> turn on the camera flash light".

If I exit the game with: browser->close, this event will not run, but if I click the button home (send the app to background) the event to turn the flash light on works, when the notifications arrives.

LittleStain do you have any hint about how can I do it?

You seem to be using a plugin (probably one of the cordova ones) to do the things you say..

It might be this plugin has a function to get to the actions of the home-button from the game ..

Yes I´m using cordova plugin, but I think it dont have that action...

I lookup all the Cranberry plugins but I have not found any plugin with this action.

Maybe cranberrygame could help in this matter!
