Scaling to multiple Resolution windows 8

Hello Iam Creating Windows 8 Game using Construct 2 I need to support all resolution which windows 8 supports I already tried it using letter box scaling but 1280x800 ,1024x768(all other resolution are ok) are not full screen supported I need to support all resolution in full screen how I can do it?
