Random Platforms Creation...

Hello everyone,

I'm designing a new platform game and I'd like to know how can I put platforms on my game with a random position to make different levels every time it starts.

Also, I want to know if I would like to make my game never ends, how can I set the player to move while the background is falling down but never ends I mean, my player goes up and up and up while the platforms is going down and down and down without end.

Have you seen the built-in Infinite Jumping template?x

If not I'd suggest you take a look at it, it also describes pretty well what it is doing

Yeah, the built in templates should really help you out.

Basically you are adding the bullet behavior to the background and making it move.

when u open a new project, instead of just opening a blank u can choose the template. Else u should be able to reach them in your construct folder (ex. C:\Program Files\Construct 2\Templates)
