How do I make a random NPC movement

Hello,

How do i make an random NPC movement like the pokemon gba games.

So the character is gonna stand somewhere, then in a few seconds it walks a little to the other side and so on.

It is for an 4 direction / 8 direction movement top down game.

You just have to place the movement action under "every x seconds".

In short this could work, i think.... : random direction movement, stay in one place, after x seconds generate another random movement. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink">
