I have completed a game and now want to add advertisements banners how do I? please help?

I'd like to know that as well, I found a few mods that are shared on the forums but no info on if it brings in cash witch is the point of banners.
Here is what I found.
The info on cash would be on the ad publisher sites. Look at their CPM rates, etc... you get paid per 1000 views usually...
