parallax bug

so im making a game, but my HUD doesnt seem to work... when i use parallax istead of fixing in the position i want, it goes more to the left and down... this is a problem because if someone doesnt have the same window size has me, it will be in another place, if someone can help me fix this

I changed the "Fullscreen in Browser" Option and positioned the HUD inside the dashed rectangle (representing your view)

So from this we see there is no HUD AT ALL and also that it doesn't fit different sizes.
