Can normal users get the privilege to create polls

Hello,

I was just wondering if forum users with normal permissions can earn enough reputation points to get access to polls. if it's possible, that'd be great. If not, that'd be a great feature to add to the forums.

I hope not. We already suffer from far too many "What should Ashley do next...." threads and so-called 'wishlists'.
