Need some quick help with C2s Effects.

Okay, so I have an object\sprite which I'm using for fog. I'm using the warp effect on it and it's perfect buuuuut one little tiny issue that breaks the entire thing, when the camera moves the effect speeds up.

Anyway I can stop this from happening? I just want the effect going on with the fog consistent,speed of effect unaffected by the camera scrolling following player.

If I'm being unclear on something, or if I can't stop camera scroll from affecting the warp distortion effect please say so.
