How do I move character vertically and horizontally by touch

my game is simple. you have to put your finger above the character and move him up, down left right only. like drag and drop, but only in 4 directions. any idea ?

There is a behavior called Draggingvector. Assign that to the sprite and then choose Horizontal or Vertical in the settings.
