What is maximum size of the apk that can I upload in google play ?

The maximum for a single apk is 100mb however Google Play offer an option to use expansion files to use more than the 100mb limit

DO you know how to make expansion files?
I have never needed to use them myself so I don't know how they are used but for most cases you should not need to go over this amount anyway, my most complex project I have ever made has only been 8mb when turned into an apk through Cocoon IO.
