Looking for a camera example(platformer)

Hey guys, i was wondering if any of you have a camera example file for a platformer game. I need the camera to be behind the main character, like 1 or 2 pixels behind.

This is a good code for horizontal movement, however i need the code for vertical movement.

The camera only follows the player once he lands, i would like the camera to slowly follow the player while he jumps and while he falls.

It would basically be like the original code but instead of horizontal movement it would be a vertical movement.

Just off the top if my head can't you pin a invisable arm on the player sprite with another invisible sprite on the end to lock the camera on?
