Can Scirra be used to make an interactive book?

I am thinking of making an an interactive book. I'm not a coder, so I'm hoping my friend could help me with that part. I just want to know if it is possible.

That can certainly be done. Easily. The only hard thing to do with C2 is 3D...I said hard, not impossible!

Scirra can't be used for making anything.but you can use their tool called "Construct 2".
