incorporate video

Hi,

is it possible to incorporate a video file, avi, wmv or something into construct 2. So i could create a video introduction and have that play at the start of the game rather than creating the intro directly in C2?

i don think that you can import video files using construct 2. in fact ive just checked and you cant.

I feared as much, I have a cinematic that was created for my game and I am trying to find a good way of including it, it is quite long, so turning it into a jpg, or gif animation is far to large as there are over 1500 frames.

Does anyone have any thought on how the cinematic could be incorporated?
