I want to know how can i make an image rotate clockwise a certain number of degrees and when it reachs a certain angle to rotate counter clockwise until it reaches another angle, kind of like a pendulum effect.

I guess you can use the Sine behavior (https://www.scirra.com/manual/103/sine) to the angle of the object.

Thanks for your reply. That would work, but i am looking to get a more precise rotation control. For example, i would like to be able to "tell" an image to rotate "x" degrees to the right with "y" speed. Is this possible? I'm kind of having trouble to reference degrees counterclockwise. How can i "tell" an image to rotate x degrees counterclockwise at a certain speed?

it is possible in some way. you may counterclockwise or with a customized rotation angle using the fine image programme.
