How do I make a good looking table?

Hello, I'm trying to make a good looking table within my game.. to clarify, it's a data table, not a coffee table.

I want to keep it in the style of my game (see 'game' here). I just don't quite know what the best look for the table will be. It would be nice if it were simple enough to be easy to make but it's no requirement

Can you explain please? I'm not entirely sure that anyone makes data tables "look" good. And the style of your game? I saw a menu and couldnt do anything so not sure if I'm missing something.

There isn't a way to make html/css tables in construct 2 yet. Otherwise you could just design one here: http://www.csstablegenerator.com/

To answer your question: you can probably make a function that takes an array as data (2 dimensional) and create a tiled background or a 9-slice with text in it for all entries.
