How do I make a game like "Who wants to be a millionaire?"

I'm pretty new to Construct and I was wondering what would be the steps towards making a game like "Who wants to be millionaire?" Could I use a html file or do I make everything in Construct? Help is needed!

You can pretty much do everything in C2. Who wants to be a millionaire is a quiz type show, so looking at the quiz game example and a few others in the link below should start you on the right direction.
