  • Hi guys i need some help here...

how do i make a website without coding ?

I want it to be like a blog but with the ability to allow html5 so that i can add my game in some part of it

Do you know any WYSIWYG editor that can do this ? many thnx

  • Many hosting companies have automatic installers for popular web apps like WordPress (which is awesome for blogging). For WordPress you can choose between a ton of ready-made themes, most of which allow you to add static pages (so you could have a blog with your game links on the side or at the top).

WordPress is free, but for those one-click installers you need a hosting plan. If you already have a site, WordPress is not hard to install manually, and there are tutorials. There may also be some blogging sites that might allow you what you want, but I never looked. No coding required..

I host my sites at HostGator, but you would look at about 60-70 dollars a year here. Might find cheaper offers too, but I like their admin options and service in general.

  • ohh i see and can u add html5 games in wordpress ? i mean i can always put a link to my game but it would be much more awesome to have it play on the website ..

  • If you want to integrate your games into the posts themselves or something you'd need to edit the templates to allow for that.

Or I suppose you could just upload the games to their own directory and add the html directly into the posts, that might work.

  • You can use Joomla!.

It has wrapper module for html pages (i.e. create a page in which you can past html). It's free. It has free templates. It has a lot of free plug-ins.

I think you should read something about CMSs (as Joomla or WordPress) before using one of them.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • I would probably go for Wordpress myself if I wasn't a coder. However, I think no matter what, if you want a site to perform and look exactly the way you want, you will need to push yourself to learn few basics of HTML and CSS. Just sayin'.

  • Angelfire is still around?!

  • haha yes is still alive !! i was thinking the same thing too !
