How do I create a bounce effect without animation?

I am trying to create a bounce effect and the only thing i found online was a tutorial in flash.

Didn't help much. I know its possible to do, just a little confused. Can someone lead me in the right direction or point me to someone who has programmed this in another language?

Check out EaseTween, shouldn't be too hard with it.

I downloaded ease tween but its saying unable to load plugin...
