Yes, look at "project bar" and rigt click on the layout you want to copy layer and press " Duplicate" >> then rename the layout you just duplicate, all the layer there.

but I don�t want to duplicate a layout. I want to paste one layer from an existing layout in an other existing layout...is this possible, too?

o.k.! You talk about using two layouts...hmmm.... Is it possible to use one layout for overlaying an other layout?
