If I buy Construct 2 would I be able to use it to make a browser based Card Collectible Game?
I'm looking for a rock solid engine that will take a lot of the work out of building my CCG online.
Why not just download the free version and create a few prototypes. If all goes well, then you can buy the license at any time.
It would probably work pretty good for that. I'm working on a board game right now, and considering making the card battling portion in Construct2 to make play testing easier. (not having to reprint cards on changes.)

I think it is quite viable for that. Setting up a user account system that holds each ones library/decks and a multiplayer system will be the most difficult tasks imo.
