When each of the fighters health is 0 and there all destoryed I want it to go to layout 4

This is a very basic question, have you tried the beginner's tutorial that goes over the basics of events?

I cant seem to find the code on there

The tutorial doesn't tell you how to do everything you could possibly want to do. It just teaches you what you need to know to solve problems on your own.

For example, for that event, you might want a 'compare values' system condition. If the count of fighters is 0, then go to a different layout.
