Working on a stealth game project. Did research to figure out how to do vision cones which can be obscured by walls. It led me to the following forum post:

Opening the Dungeon FOV file and trying to replicate the effect did not work for me. I've checked everything I can. Setting the shadowlight to destination out, having the FOV cone on the same layers and I've checked as many things as possible in the layers properties and whatever I can find can achieve this affect. Sadly, it does not yield the intended effect.
Can someone clarify how this affect is achieved?
