How do I Change Publisher Name in Windows 8 Apps?

I made an app and uploaded it to the Windows 8 store but want to change the publishers name. I went back to visual studio and changed the publisher name and then rebuilt the packages. However, when my app was recertified, the publisher was still the old publishers name. So how do I change the publishers name?
