How do I change the camera angle?

Hello, I'm fairly new to construct 2 so I've been reading tutorials for hours everyday but I can't find a tutorial on this/can't find a way to search for it. I was wondering how I can change the camera view on my camera. Let me show you what I mean.

The first image shows where the player is directly in the center of the view and the second is horizontally lined up but on the bottom of the ground rather than being able to see below the ground

Well, you won't want to scroll to the player, you'll want to scroll to a point above the player. Scrap the 'scroll to' behaviour and use the 'scroll to position' event. Then do something like, scroll to X (player.X) and scroll to Y (either Player.Y - SomeValue, or simply a constant SomeValue, depending on what you're after.)

Forgive me for asking, but where exactly do I find the scroll to position event?
