Hi, I'm having trouble trying to apply an effect to a sprite. When I click on the effects link in the editor nothing happens.

I'm on Win7 x64 C2 v123.2

Perhaps you might want to go into the preferences dialog and click "Reset dialog".

Try again, does it help ? You should have the effects dialog appearing.

Also are you sure your graphic card drivers are up to date ?

This might be another issue.
