How do I Call Phone Functions

My question is, is it possible in C2 or Cocoon to:

1. Make a button that when clicked will make a call/text (Pull up phone dialer/contacts)

2. Make a button that when clicked will (Open up and send email/text)

3. Make a button that when clicked will (Open up web page)

So when it's rendered out to Android or IOS they work.

I think you see where I'm going with it...
