hey I kind of want to sell my games some day and I don't want to use c3s nonlifetime plans if c3 had lifetime plans that would be a different story but I want to get a c2 lifetime plan how do I do that please I dont want to do the illigal thing.

You don't need a license to sell your games.
You have to upgrade if you make over x amount for both versions.
No idea if that still is in effect for C2, but a contract is a contract.

well I still want to buy a c2 license just to get rid of the limitations of the free version legally
Construct 2 was taken off sale in July 2020 and fully retired in July 2021. It is no longer possible to purchase it. Upgrade to Construct 3 instead.
