How do I make a button that when clicked closes the game?

I am looking for a way to close the game once the player has clicked the exit button also I am looking for a way to make a menu appear, which has the sound options in it so the user can change them, on the click of a button too.

Fyi when I say button I mean an object.

maybe on sprite click -> browser.close

Where do I put that? Like which action do I select for that?

add browser plugin

add mouse object

add the following event on your eventsheet:

event mouse: on left click on object sprite "your sprite" -->>> action browser choose close

That should close the window
