How do I apply effects to different frames of same sprite?

I want to apply different effects to different frames of the same sprite or maybe the same effect but with different parameters. Is it possible?

Yes. Start by adding all the effects you are going to use to the object. Then, in the event sheet, click the object that has the effects. Then click Compare Frame. Set it to equal to. Then type in the frame number. Then click ok. Now add an action to that event, click the object, and scroll down until you see the effect setting to set an effect enabled. Then set the effects that you want on on that frame enabled, and set the effects you want off disabled. This works similarly with the effect parameters.
