How do I make an alarm app working in background

Is there a way to create an alarm application which will not stop working on exit until i turn off the alarm while not draining battery? When i close the game (app in my situation) everything in background stops. So any idea to solve that?

As you can see...all events stop running when the app is invisible or in the background...

AS far as I know you cant change this...its a hard coded feature...

The only way I know of ..is to keep the app memory...
