Acceleration

I cant get the acceleration controls to work. Only touch screen works.

Made my own test progrm with ALL the touch controls like ACC and ACC with G.

also the alpha, beta, gamma controls nothing worked, got zero for all.

Also tested this one made by someone else, same result all zeros.

phone is a HTC, the app version was made using phonegap.

is there a work around?

There's a known bug where minifying on export with phonegap breaks the accelerometer values. Should be fixed in next build.

i exported as phonegap

i zipped the folder

i upoloaded to phonegap

i then used the qr code to install to my phone

i ran the app, all i got was a blank white fullscreen screen?

the layout should show about 9 text objects each showing different values about phone motion like acc, acc+g, alpha, gamma etc..,

but all it shows is the white screen

is it something to do with phonegap websites compiling or C2 itself?

Did u uncheck 'minify' on the first c2 export popup as mentioned by ashley?

You're using a third party plugin, Touch2. It might have caused the problem. Can you try again without that plugin, and if it still does not work, post that .capx?

You could have seen im using Touch2 plugin from the picture I posted of the event list?

Well Il try it, hopefully it will work these are basic functionalities of mobile i require.

I take it this is because C2 is for HTML5 not apps.

Is there going to be direct compilation to .apk (app) in the near future using android sdk, like GM Studio does?
