Why so few frames per second? How to maintain 60 f

I put a link to a simple example which I run a maximum of 24 fps not understand why you can not always cum at 60fps, not failing. Use Firefox 15. Please tell me what I can do.

Note: don't use text boxes like that, use the Text object instead. Also, just post a .capx, there's no need to embed a .rar in a Word document!
