A turns based game?

Can I create a game based in turns (like a board game) or only can be created arcade or plataforms games in 2D with Construct 2?

I have a board game in mind. I was searching for a good (an easy) plataform to create it. Im have been wornking with Neoobok, but i need a better plataform.

Its interesting this Construct 2, maybe what i need for my project.
