So, i want to buy the license but i don`t have a credit card, then i ask my friend that has a paypal account to buy for me, but he already have one license.
How can i transfer the license to my name/email?

Can't you also let him transfer the money from his paypal to your paypal account? i think you can still set up a One time use virtual card.
