[Request] Automatic export settings

This should be easy-ish.

I'd like the exporter to automatically choose fullscreen when exporting to the services that are not purely HTML5, setting it back to the default setting we chose.

Or at least in the export chooser, have an option to choose the fulscreen method we want to incorporate.
