Questions about the Scirra Store

Hi, i'm a little confused about the scirra store policy

It said that if i purchase an asset, i can only use it once for commercial use. And if i want to use it again for commercial use, i need to buy the assets again

But when i email the sellers, they said that i don't need to buy the assets again (so i can use it as many times as i want)

But there is one seller who doesnt know if i can use it as many times as i want

So now I'm confused, can i use the assets for more than 1 commercial game?

And as for the capx files on the Scirra Store , is copy and pasting the code that i need and modify it to what i need is okay?

It says each purchase gives you the right to use the asset in unlimited non-commercial projects, or one commercial project. So if you want to use it in two commercial projects, you need to purchase it twice.

If you'll make any money with it. If it's a free game with no ads, no in-app purchases, etc. then it's a non-commercial project.
