Holy S**t!!! I will buy it, but i have one question: When i buy it on Steam, can i run the Programm as stand alone or only with steam. Dont understand me, i like Steam but i have often Problems with the offlineMode and then can i not use the program when i have not the INet :(

As is the usual with all content form Steam, the app is tied to Steam, and it must be running with you logged in to your account for it to work.
