Hi Ashley ,

In regards to the license, personal or business, can i add my own custom Javascript to the native c2runfile construct 2 generates (For example: Add a third party Score API) or directly edit it without having any conflicts with the license.

There is no problem with that. However the exported c2runtime.js is almost impossible to usefully modify. You'll want to use the Javascript SDK instead to make your own plugin or behavior, which makes it far easier to integrate custom Javascript with the C2 engine.
