Possibility to request Steam key after Purchease?

Hello guys!!

I was just curious, if its possible to request a Steam key, for the following licence if id happend to buy, forexample Construct 2 buissnies, trough this website, and then ask for a steam key for it instead, is tat possible? and/or does it have to be done through a 14 day period time after purchease?

I would say no.

The two purchasing methods are entirely separate, done by separate companies.

However, it can't hurt to email support — and ask.

I know other software that you can request a Steam key if you bought it from their home site... So is not impossible.

I think at one time early adopters only could have both licenses, I do not know if they provide that service for everyone having a license (pretty sure they don't but email them).

True. I was given a steam key because I was an early adopter - not that I ever used it though (hate steam).
