New appMobi Build System Released

nemo At least for Android it's better now. You can disable most of the permissions.I dont know how it works on iPhone though.

In the base setup I tried, there is full network access, read phone status, system tools and account still needed to install. I find the account permission little strange, but maybe its something that the application needs to work.

     We are working on making a choice in our build system to select whether you want an app that has almost no permissions or extra add-ons (faster load up time), one that has the basic permissions and functions standard apps need, and one that has all permissions and all our extensions (typically just for beginners)

AppmobiTyler any word on if you guys are going to do any accelerated canvas for IE/Win8/WP8 yet?

Also, Win8 and WP8 already have accelerated canvases so there's no need for directCanvas for them.

Ashley Even with accelerated canvas IE comes in below the other browsers by a long shot. I was hoping that directCanvas would at least give some type of boost since the lack of WebGL in IE10 really seems to be keeping it behind the others...
