Are there a way to make two people who's online play the same game as multiplayer in construct2, like plugin or something, because it would be totally awesome, and if there a plugin please inform me.

Yes there are multiple ones, try Socket.IO.

Here is a Tutorial for it.

Edit: Keep in mind, Ashley is working on a better, more reliabel, faster solution for C2. A P2P Multiplayer with UDP and TCP!
