Hey,

I read a blog post on scirra which mentioned that only a small percentage has upgraded to Windows 8.1

I wonder if those of you who make apps for the Windows App Store export W8 apps or, do you export for the latest Windows 8.1?

When I released my two games to the windows store, I only exported to Windows 8.1. This was the easiest option for me but I definitely should have uploaded a 8.0 version as well.
